About Serafina
I came to yoga looking for a workout; what I found was a transformation. A transformation not just in my body, but in my mind and spirit. My practice unveiled a personal strength, an inherent intuition that guided me through hardships and set me on a path to be the healthy and happy person that I always knew I was. My path also revealed that I love to share, I love to teach and I want to help others be the best version of themselves through the discipline of a yoga practice.
I am an E-RYT500 yoga instructor and have completed additional trainings in pranayama, trauma informed practices, meditation, anatomy & physiology , and restorative yoga. I love to learn and attend trainings regularly. I received my RYT200 in 2016 from Inhale Yoga Pgh and Healthy Body Peaceful Soul and my RYT300 from the Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy in 2023.
I’m also a nanny to my nephews Paul and Rocco.
